Of course you lost! You think some lowly "superior" court judge is going to put his career in hock by taking on the entire established political structure?? For what? Even if he were upheld on appeal, he'd still be "the enemy." This way, he can sink back into obscurity.
If the ICL didn't plan on appeal from the start, that was poor planning.
Do you mean, "Google me THIS, Riddler!"?
Did the judge issue a statement as to why the case was being thrown out? Did the judge cite a matter of law as to why this case had no merit in the court's opinion?
